Does Weight Really Matter & What To Do About It

Does weight really matter or is it just a small issue in a bigger world? Well I believe that weight does matter. But not just because of looks, but because of health. One must take care of themselves in order to appreciate other things in life. So what do I recommend for working out? I say to do high intensity training were you go really hard for 30 seconds and then you take it slowly for 30 seconds. What I see most of the time is people either doing too hard that is bad for you, or going way to slow that actually does nothing for you. Now why does High intensity work? It’s because it will mess with your heart rate and in turn make you burn fatter not just when you are in the gym but when you leave it will speed up your metabolism.
